Netux is a technological venture created by the electronic engineer, Sergio Marín, who in a conversation with La Hora del Regreso stated that this startup aims to improve processes in the health sector, increasing efficiency in the operations developed in hospitals and clinics.

"This is an IoT solution in the cloud that operates in a telemedicine scheme, through remote patient monitoring. With devices that are given to patients in clinical centers, the doctor will be able to follow up and deliver a diagnosis, without the need for both of them to be physically present in an office," explained Marín.

This digital venture offers remote and real-time monitoring of patients' medical variables, such as heart rate, oxygen saturation, blood pressure and blood glucose.

The engineer points out that"this technology is known as the Internet of things. For some years now we have been focusing on healthcare so that technology can make the sector more efficient", and he added that "the aim is to support the healthcare sector to increase safety, efficiency and sustainability in the operations of clinics, hospitals, insurance companies and the government".

Marín also pointed out that Netux presents itself in these times of pandemic as an opportunity to provide a helping arm for medical personnel to optimize their functions and avoid the risk of contagion.
