For the past 4 years, Netux has been developing devices that allow real-time transmission of vital signs of patients hospitalized at home or in an ambulance. This technology is very useful in times like the present, since one of the characteristics of the coronavirus is silent hypoxia. With this, people do not realize that their oxygen levels have been reduced because they do not have difficulty breathing. And by the time they feel suffocated, it is too late.

Because it uses internet of thingstechnology, it immediately analyzes the data and can detect how the patient's health is and, if necessary, generates real-time alarms if the patient is desaturated and if there is abnormal variability in his or her heart rate.

The new device comes in two versions: one to be placed on the finger, like traditional oximeters, and another with a handle. It will be purchased by health institutions, since the information it sends must be read by experts.

More than 100 coronavirus patients have already benefited from this technology in the country.
